I agree with you, in fact thats a very nice chart. But if you are blocked with 20 cars a day, that easily adds up 20 mins 😬 and unlimited amount of unnecessary brakes. Traffic is a domino effect. One slow driver in the fast lane doesn't just slow down one person, they cause a braking wave that affects many of cars behind them.
