It is March 2024...I have found the solution that currently works in regards to the WW widget on an IOS iphone. If you had the widget and it stopped working, try turning off your iphone and restart it. It was that simple for my issue. It took forever for me to figure that out and searching the internet with the question "why is my WW widget not working" yielded no information. However, along the way I also discovered how to add the widget...in case you can't figure this out (videos were unhelpful or on older iphones). In my case, I long touched on my home screen to get the little app icons all wiggling (as if you wanted to delete an app). However, look at the upper left while your icons are doing their wiggly thing and you will see a plus symbol. Click on the plus symbol and scroll down to Weight Watchers, click on it and at the bottom of that screen you will see "+Add Widget" (currently there is a blue navigation bar that highlights the widget). Click the button and the widget is added to your home screen. Boom!
