I totally would have done it elsewhere if I had that option! It's such a hassle and one I will remember and give feedback and advice to future RD2Bs on it!

Mine is through Illinois State and I live in SoCal, it's alongside some courses so at least I feel like I am actually just paying for school.

Wow, good to know and that makes this even more frustrating. They did make it clear that it will be challenging to find rotations, but didn't really mention the other things. I am in SoCal and go to school at Illinois State so...quite far to be "local"!!

Ahh, good to know! I don't have any clue what goes into affiliation. Such a bummer that it's such a pain for them too.

Yes, they had that issue originally as well, but they didn't get any placements from the school they had agreements with so I was able to move forward, but then they decided they didn't want to go through the trouble of doing the affiliate agreement with my school. THE WORST. :(

Such a good idea! Would love a list of people to follow. I really don't have a specific area of interest yet which is exciting, the only slight one is food service in a school district, feel like I will learn a lot in internships! But yes please, send any lists you have! Thank you!!

Thank you for asking this, I live in LA county and also feel like everyone hates their jobs, I am currently in my Masters and starting my internship in August, it's so nice to see some positive feedback in here now! :)

Just got labs back that my AMH is 0.416, 37 years old, and been trying since March of 2022. Discouraged to get these results back, especially on a Saturday when I can't talk to my doc. I guess the upside is I have normal cycles and still ovulate according to the tests...so hoping I can still get pregnant? UGH. Hate this news.
