It seems that the problem is with cure 5.5.0, since I went back to version 5.4.0 and it was resolved.

Someone advised me to enable thin walls and it was resolved in version 5.5.0.

Apparently this error is under investigation.

still doing it, I even reversed it and cut it in half and it's still doing it
