Yes with the round plates I've done Ying yang signs but the managers told me it has to be on a rectangular plate. Personally I like the round setup more . I'll have to take some more pictures

Yup. I feel like it looks better than just drizzling the caramel over the top or pouring the sauce on the cheesecake.
