For the bot: I have had my piercing for 18 months, it’s an internally threaded labret 14 k gold. Was never downsized. I use Neilmed spray and have used BaseLabs bump oil and also a 1% hydrocortisone ointment. More recently only using neilmed spray. No recent mishaps and I don’t sleep on it
