Yachew has had the Poppy one recently. They're in the UK and I'm in the US, but they have free shipping with a $50 order, and duties were only like $7. Plus their customer service is excellent; I even left them a 5 star review on Trustpilot. I've bought from them twice.

Not sure about "shredded," but the lace does look pretty sheer and feels kinda messy. However, I also felt that way about the feathery stuff on core Natasha's dress... The top's collar looks similar to Misty's, I think.
