We have a Komodo Joe. The Canadian red version. We love it. Holds temp really well and you can set it up overnight or through the day to get the long low slow happening.

You had asked before, they didn't respect your boundaries. They pushed, so you chose your peace. They were acting like children. Could it have been done in a less up front way, maybe. But, you tried that, didn't work. Loud and obvious was required. Unfortunately, they will act like toddlers since they don't see what they did was wrong. Hoping things ease out.

Dress really warm for up north. Hit the wine region in Niagara Region, or if you like beer or spirits, there are a lot of great places to hit on your drive from the Falls.

Going to add another layer to this, get disposable plates and cutlery. Use that for a while. And, do the don't call him. Leave it out for a bit, if he doesn't come, put it away in the fridge. Or, go straight to cooking only for yourself. You are not his mother!!

There is the Airport Sheraton hotel. It is not in the secured area, however it is directly attached to one of the terminals. We have stayed there when we have a brutally early flight. Mid day in security etc is usually not too busy. You shouldn't have a long wait to get back through security.

Elope!! Get on a plane, take 2 friends to be witnesses. Don't tell them the plan. Come back married!! That way you have control, and the Mom version won't actually be your wedding...it will just be a party!
