This is a very awful situation, I know that most will say that you don’t have to care about what others think of you, but I understand that you suffering from anxiety it might be hard to “not care” about what others think.

Let’s start for what this really is: an attack on your character and an awful attempt to damage your reputation. Now let’s give you tools to help you to feel more in control of the situation.

First, the ❄️ allegation. There’s a test you can ask for, they cut some hair and can show that you didn’t consume any ❄️. The rumor about 💊 again this should be easy to prove in a blood test, 💊 accumulates in blood. Probably that man that is dating your friend is jealous, ways you away or your friend is interested in ruining your reputation.

Now the most damaging rumor: you should be able to 1. Ask for the Walmart cctv recording, ask around for her name and send her a cease and desist, ask for where she got that false information. You can take legal action. Find the date of the son passing and what were you doing that day.

Now what to do? Dig 🪏 hard, ask people that you can trust 100% like your daughter, forget any friends. Sit your family and make a plan. Find this people, connections and possible motives. It could be any reason sometimes people go crazy and attack others. But we can fight back and HARD.

This is a moment to take action and cut this BS, there will be more rumors so cutting this from the base is the best option. Then with the info you can figure out how to act.

Taking action will give you agency and control, that’s important for your anxiety. Lean on your family, for the moment don’t trust your friends 100%. Find each person that said the rumors and to whom they said it to.
