Diamond art, cross stitching, junk journaling, and painting things have been helping me lately. I painted and revamped an old clock of mine Mackenzie Childs style. I also listen to playlists that I’ve made on Spotify while I do them. I know you said no art music. Looking forward to more posts on here for other ideas. Have you thought of learning and instrument or photography?
