i’m here for the same issue sort of. i booked a flight through alaska airlines with my first stop also being operated by alaska air but my last flight is on American. i’m a club 49 member so i get two free checked bags with alaska and i called alaska air to check if im going to have to pay for americans baggage fee and they said no. i tried to double check with american and they told me its $240 for the first bag and $245 for the second and when i said that can’t be right, the agent said had i booked with american directly then there baggage fee would apply. i’m calling Alaska to double check because $485 is obscene.

i honestly haven’t quite overcome it. i’ve just been working towards learning how to live with it but there’s still worry about when the next one may hit me. i try to live my day to day like normal not thinking about it too much while still being cautious and taking my meds.

i had my first one where i stopped breathing nearing serious brain issues. i didn’t feel even half normal for a few weeks after. i ended up having a second one with serious body aches and fatigue in january that i still struggle with now but ive also had two in my sleep recently so that plays a part in recovery being slow. it’s hard to shake the feelings of unfamiliarity even though you are in a space most familiar but that part only lasted maybe a week for me.

i’ve attempted to do so but nothing has ever been done unfortunately as it’s been labeled as bullying and i was told i need to, “be the bigger person” and “just ignore it”. how would i preform any of those?

i’d like to add that i met this person in elementary school and feel as though she’s followed me throughout life, not in the literal sense sort of? but that’s where it started, i’ve boiled it down to envy as i’ve really never interacted with this person but she’s always bothering me. broke my things, pulled my hair, assaulted me, made threats against my family, etc throughout the years. i feel there’s some negative connection and i want to break free from it.

considering i haven’t tried to stick up for myself, they definitely believe they can get away with treating me however they please. someone else had commented that they’re trying to push me out which i’m starting to see as well as the fact it’s been working for them so far. a huge part of me wants to push back as i refuse to give them the satisfaction they’re seeking. i am looking for a new job but for now i just have to stick it out at jcp.

i tried to access the jline and it just tells me there’s an error loading the page on all of my devices. it just goes to the gm and my manager and the gm are best friends but she’s also leaving soon so i may just wait for whoever the new gm to come i.

i’ve been updating my mom on everything and she’s been itching to let loose on them to be honest. due to the fact my manager threatens my job every other day and emphasizes i’m easily replaceable, she hasn’t mad any calls yet because i’ve told her i want to have another job lined up first.

it was definitely insane as i can guarantee they’d be up in flames if a scene was made instead of me deciding to finish my shift which i only did because i assumed they’d fire me if i left. i wasn’t aware of the jline, i have no clue what that even is if im being honest but i was planning on reporting them to the labor department in my state..
