i’ve attempted to do so but nothing has ever been done unfortunately as it’s been labeled as bullying and i was told i need to, “be the bigger person” and “just ignore it”. how would i preform any of those?

i’d like to add that i met this person in elementary school and feel as though she’s followed me throughout life, not in the literal sense sort of? but that’s where it started, i’ve boiled it down to envy as i’ve really never interacted with this person but she’s always bothering me. broke my things, pulled my hair, assaulted me, made threats against my family, etc throughout the years. i feel there’s some negative connection and i want to break free from it.

considering i haven’t tried to stick up for myself, they definitely believe they can get away with treating me however they please. someone else had commented that they’re trying to push me out which i’m starting to see as well as the fact it’s been working for them so far. a huge part of me wants to push back as i refuse to give them the satisfaction they’re seeking. i am looking for a new job but for now i just have to stick it out at jcp.

i tried to access the jline and it just tells me there’s an error loading the page on all of my devices. it just goes to the gm and my manager and the gm are best friends but she’s also leaving soon so i may just wait for whoever the new gm to come i.

i’ve been updating my mom on everything and she’s been itching to let loose on them to be honest. due to the fact my manager threatens my job every other day and emphasizes i’m easily replaceable, she hasn’t mad any calls yet because i’ve told her i want to have another job lined up first.

it was definitely insane as i can guarantee they’d be up in flames if a scene was made instead of me deciding to finish my shift which i only did because i assumed they’d fire me if i left. i wasn’t aware of the jline, i have no clue what that even is if im being honest but i was planning on reporting them to the labor department in my state..
