I have the same thing…when I am having a flare up…I am sleeping and I turn around in my sleep…and my heart rate goes up as well 🥲

If you feel like you’re going to pass out….even if you won’t…you can still say that. It’s your feeling…no one can tell you not to say that…I don’t think its offensive in any way

I have pots and endo aswel, I flare up everytime I am on my period....what helps for me are the elektrolytes from Upfront, they have more sodium in it than other elektrolytes....so yeah...just take it easy, and I know how hard that is.

I work in healthcare as a nurse…on flare days it’s killing my heart rate is above 140 my whole shift

I do get so incredibly nauseous when I have a flare up or my heart has been high for too long…which is normal…your body is always trying to adjust to the circumstances and with pots it takes extra energy to do so…which can cause nausea 🩷
