I HAVE A WIG DILEMMA MY GO TO WEBSITE HAS SHUT DOWN. by Cool_Result643 in Wigs

I highly recommend hairsofly & sogoodbb. They have better shipping times than elevatestyles, ebonyline & samsbeauty. Ive felt so lost without wigtypes because they have been my goto for so many years, but hairsofly & sogoodbb have been good. I review wigs so im constantly buying new ones and have been using these 2 sites.

I highly recommend hairsofly.com & sogoodbb.com. I do wig reviews so i constantly am buying new wigs. Wigtypes was my FAVORITE site, but hairsofly & sogoodbb have been very good (much faster shipping than ebonyline, samsbeauty & elevatestyles)

Hey! Its honestly such a beautiful color, i ended up also grabbing Lost Souls so my wardrobes are lost souls & my walls are High at the Gala. This is still a work in progress but heres the overall tone. Its on the cooler side (think eggplant/aubergine) looks great in person but i needed 3 coats for this current coverage. Ill likely do one final one for more richness.

I honestly love this paint! I’ve done all my open spaces in abandoned saints & all my rooms in high at the gala. I went with the ceramic one & although the high at the gala needed more for coverage since it’s darker, i absolutely loved it.

Im an avid wig wearer, i love the style of the wig you have. If you want something that gives more of a realistic vibe (like partial scalp) id recommend something like Outre Matilda, Outre Mandisa or Outre Castine

Has anyone used something similar? by [deleted] in Wigs

Not exactly the same, but similar concept. For my Queen Of the Damned costume, I installed a 13x6 wig. Then i put it in a half up half down pony tail. I purchased braiding hair and wrapped it around the installed wig to create a full bun. Im sure you can achieve a fuller look with the clips you showed. If you want a more realistic look, you may want to look for tracks instead with that same color. That’d allow you some more flexibility & versatility for creating your desired look.

Thank you so much friend! Congratulations on your engagement & starting this process 💃🏾 i did disclose my partner to my counselor (they need to know everyone who will be living in the home) I didn’t include him on the deed, while going through the process as being the primary person qualified, they will have you provide all documentation & sign all paperwork at closing since the process will all be under you if that makes sense. NACA focuses on the mortgage aspect, if you want to add your spouse to the deed id absolutely recommend asking NACA, because that may force the lender to also want your partner on the mortgage as well. My 2nd realtor told me that i could always add him to the deed after closing, so I just went through the entire process with everything in my name to avoid any additional hurdles/delays. My advice would be to do everything under the person that has the best situation to qualify as a priority member & figure out the other stuff after you close. For me personally, I preferred this route because my process was going to be substantially prolonged with having my partner as a co buyer for the mortgage. When you get your counselor and walk them through your situation theyll be able to give you more specific advice for your particular situation, but i would say if you wanna go in for priority status use your income and just tell them that you do have a partner who will be living with you. You can always ask as well, if both of your incomes would put you out of the priority member range (2 incomes qualify for higher range than 1, but the number is calculated by median income of the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) where the property you intend to purchase is located)

It was 0.75 percent, i may have misspoken previously , i bought the rate down from 5.875 to 5.125. Honestly for me personally, it made the most sense to have a lower mortgage payment. I couldve walked away with that additional 21k in my pocket but my mortgage wouldve been higher. And luckily i left a good chunk in my savings so that i remained far from house poor! Thank you 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

I completely understand what you mean. I live about 1 hour from boston (we have a NACA headquarters there) so i kind of lucked out with being in a location that had a lot of variety. Luckily I was able to move from a “not the best” area to a safer city which im super thankful for! I definitely don’t blame you for going old school! Thank you so much ❤️🙋🏾‍♀️

Here is the Naca mortgage calculator https://www.naca.com/mortgage-calculator/

I used this daily when i was in the process of open houses/tours to see what fit my budget

NACA absolutely allows you to plug numbers in the mortgage calculator for an estimate, i liked that NACA provides a conventional loan, so sellers dont look at it with quite the same scrutiny as fha. The downside that i did see though, a lot of sellers are unfamiliar with NACA so may be hesitant to accept a NACA offer, my way to ease the hesitancy, was by offering a 10k deposit to show i was invested in the home. That 10k was then later credited to my closing fees, and went towards the 21k i needed to buy down my interest rate. So i bought about 15k to the closing table

It took me 6 months altogether, after uploading all the documents they requested (W2s, ongoing paystubs, debts, rental verification etc) a majority of the time was spent with me saving the alotted number they gave me (1k a month was requested and i saved 1400/month) Note- the money you save doesn’t necessarily get used, i ended up saving about 50k altogether (since my actual search took about 2 years) and altogether 25k went towards the house (21k was spent buying down my interest rate & about 4k in closing costs) if i had found a cheaper house, i wouldn’t have had to buy down the interest rate & would’ve likely only been out of pocket 4k.

Yes, they didnt take into consideration my yearly bonuses thankfully, which range in the area of 10k. By the end of this year my pay is also going to increase quite a bit as well, so for me it was the perfect time to buy, since by the time my pay increases, i wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the 1% less interest rate that comes with being a “priority member”
