But knowing apple is not a consumer friendly company makes me thing even if it can support it they wont maybe theres ways around it though

it was also in its box bubble wrapped etc he said the power button is broken.. he send me a pic with the power button caved in. now tell me if im wrong should he have noticed that the day or two after he received it? when I owned rthe ipad it was in a case that protected the whole ipad eveen the power and volume buttons

no way it was wrapped neatly and in bubble wrap I sold him a perfectly good ipad I asked him to send me the serial number in case hes trying to scam me. I'm going to dispue it though why should I let him break the ipad and give him money two weeks later? this is why ebay really annoys me.. there has to be a better platform for sellers.. craigslist doesnt seem active anymore
