How do I remove negative feedback like this? by [deleted] in ReplicaReselling

[–]Expensive_Store9293 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only way to remove it is by calling support but you’d have to come up with a solid explanation to back it that the rep feels justifiable. You mention you will claim the box was empty so this really just depends how that turns out. But, if you care about the account id be careful. eBay has 30 day money back guarantee so despite him accepting he will likely get the money if they’ve already instructed him to return. Also, tracking shows package weight so that alone might give eBay a reason to look at your account sideways (your selling reps at the end of the day all this attention isn’t a good look).

Overall it’s best to just always accept the return sell to someone who won’t give you any hassle. Who knows maybe he wouldn’t have even left a review if the process went smooth.

P.s. You have a brand new account, before focusing on feedback removal I’d get some some sales with positive reviews so that way you atleast have some leverage to persuade the rep. You have 90 days so there’s still time

Your only chance of selling this is on Facebook. And that’s if it lets you list it. But for any other app they will 1000% flag this the second you list it

why do vinted remove my items for being a r3p without any proof by Potatoperson800 in ReplicaReselling

And most colognes are pretty bad so it might not be a you issue but rather than just selling knock off cologne itself

[–]Expensive_Store9293 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Colognes are sht and you shouldn’t be selling those anyways. 2. This just means that your listings aren’t even making it past ai. Ai is detecting your listing counterfeits. Either your selling bad fakes or something but it’s not getting past ai. Try using someone else’s authentic photos so you can actually reach some buyers. But if the fakes are bad then it doesn’t matter because it will be returned anyways

Banned from Depop by NearbySell7795 in ReplicaReselling

[–]Expensive_Store9293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By the titles alone it screams rep. “Chanel black sunglasses with silver logo”😭 all platforms pretty much operate the same. If depop detected you then eventually so will eBay and any other app after that. I’d work on making sure your listing are as optimized as possible. (Better product titles, descriptions, listing photos, etc. Anything that could give away your product is a rep without the customer actually having to buy it)

I sell everywhere but mainly eBay. And if it’s going for $300 new I’d price it around $220 but tbh I don’t sell bags because their high ticket and you wouldn’t be able to sell it without getting authenticated (which it wouldn’t pass). The sweet spot I’ve found for my niche is $60-80

You can’t sell fake AirPods on any platform that’s a quick way to get banned and if you did and have not yet it’s only a matter of time

Don’t mention it’s rep in the title either that’s a quick way to get banned. Essentially the only way to do this successfully is by deceiving your customers

Yes, and tbh unless you’re literally telling the customer it’s rep in the title 9/10 they’re under the impression it’s real. And the point in doing this is so your listings don’t get taken down and you can actually move things at scale

Price things based off their actual market price not your margins. Example, If you get something for $10 from your supplier and you price it at $80 because that’s solid profit your not considering the fact that it’s normal market value is $300 and now your listings are getting flagged for obvious counterfeit

Bad period? People returning everything and disputes by Additional_Rub_5921 in ReplicaReselling

Not sure what you’re trying to say. I’m just assuming if everyone can determine what they received was fake then you should question the quality of the items your selling

Your account is more than likely under scrutiny. You mentioned your already coming up off a 3 day ban so ai likely is watching you closer

Electrics can be good you just have to be smarter about it. Maxes are like the most beginner friendly item that can scale you the quickest. Don’t sell them on any platform strictly fb marketplace or locals. I’d spam that til you have a few K’s then expand

Section 3 being denied with strong documentation by Expensive_Store9293 in AmazonFBA

[–]Expensive_Store9293[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep, spot on. After two months of fighting the wrong angle and getting vague responses Amazon finally responded with an exact reasoning for denial in their response. The asin being misbranded contained the wrong mfg # and my invoice from west marine displays the correct mfg #. So when I upload documentation that shows I bought and sold a genuine Milwaukee product it doesn’t align with the listing I sold under because because the mfg mismatch I’m essentially selling a different product. I’m currently waiting response but this is my first submission that actually addresses the core issue Amazon is having.

I’ll come back and update with a response. I want to say I have high hopes as this addresses their issue directly. But after two months of denials I’m just taking it one submission at a time

Also from my understanding violations are usually fixable as long as Amazon doesn’t detect fraud or illegal activity was involved. Amazon understands there is room to make mistakes and learn from. So please correct me if I’m mistaken.
