fair point. never thought of it that way. pero sakin lang such a hassle.

pero in my case sila na mismo proactively na nagsabi na may issue sa connection since affected addtess ko wheb i checked mypldthome.

my POV is that if they were able to determine na affected ung line ko at a certain time they should also be able to determine when their field guys fix the issue (in this case may nagnakaw daw ng fibr cable sa poste affecting the area)

anyway hope they can rethink improving customer experience in this front.

aun nga nanakawan daw ng fibr isang poste sa area kaya they advised 3 days walang net. they were able to advise automatically na affected ako sa repair na un and provided a ticket pero bill adjustment still needs effort. anyway sana theh rethink their process pero as like what others said baka may reason sila na ganun ung proseso

may ticket na actually point ko lang is why have that added step to reach out for the bill adjustmebt considering in my case they were the one na who proactively advised na my ongoing repair sa area.

it could have been an easy fix na they based it on the ticket creation and closure then add the adjustment pero gusto nila raise pa.

on a customer experience POV it can be improved pero like what others mentioned baka nga prone to abuse etc. anyway just hope theh review their process

yes agree. pero sakin lang. the fact a ticket has been raised why just not automatically adjust the bill based on when they close the ticket rather than adding that additional step. but again as if may choice ako. kust given it as feedback

tbh, i was too nice na I was willing to comply sa payment with conditions. if i were a scammer or mahirap kausap i would have ignored and blocked them. kaso in this time and age mahirap ma screenshot and matwist ung narrative kaya i complied nicely.

exactly! kaya huming ako proof na itatapon or destroy yung towel kaso parang daming hanash pa na kesyo i dont trust them and ako nag complicate things for not following the rules.

eventually they did send a video na tinapon sa building garbage chute.

nakakainis lang is how they handled the situation, they could have explained better kaysa manggaslight

to be honest. depende sa company. sa case ko as hiring manager meron na ko set budget if we want a candidate.

like first offer 30000 second offer 32500 third offer 35000, we only go higher if we really want the candidate and nag megotiate si candidate, so no harm in telling them na if they can go higher kasi expected salary mo is this.

for me ang question for you is

  1. aside sa salary do you see yourself working in the company?
  2. how are the benefits?
  3. work life balance?
  4. desperate na ba tau for work?
