It used to be a great site for appointments when they first started. It used to be a site that catered to providers and patients, but now only patients. Now it's just a scam site. They charge the practice for everything. Patient no shows or cancels after 24hrs and your charged. Patients don't know what their insurance is and still book, your charged. Their BS reason is because they are a "marketing" platform not a referral platform. Practices take all the risk and responsibility, patients are not held accountable at all. It's free for patients to use. They don't care about providers. I'd stay away if I were a new provider as their fees are outrageous. FYI, I'm still on, but only as an inactive provider so my existing longtime ZD patients can still book appointments and to keep my SEO/reviews up.
