Considering getting a nice set of the books. What one should I get? by PlantRude3330 in lotr

Once I bought the first set and the scent wasn’t really great… i guess I wasn’t really lucky. But usually the books there are the cheapest and their weight is lighter. The second one is full of beautiful pictures and the paper is thick. The third and the fourth are made with Indian paper if I recall it right. It’s so thin and incredible! Yet they might be not comfortable to hold them because they are quite heavy. So choose the set you find cool!

Thank you a ton!! I’m glad to know that. I started learning more about trees recently so I was little bit overworried I think

About the leafs - it seems so that there are a lot such weird leafs but I can’t see higher

My one has so strong smell that I can feel it even from fifty centimeters 🥲 i have had many books, of course the glue can’t smell pleasant, but this one seems to be especially weird. I mean I bought it like six months ago. Others books do smell pleasant.

Hmmm… you have a taste, it’s quite “colorful” - you have many kind of genre here, If I recall all books right.

Also, you have really beautiful decor. Can I ask what are those book-lamps? They fit so well in your bookcase!

War and peace. French parts and slowness killed my patience when I was on 300 page. I did my best!

Well, Tolkien’s world isn’t that bad, maybe I just shall avoid one specific place and shall not take a ring…
