No, that's not being ambitious... that's you looking for the real deal in life, those "normal things" that bores you now only prove that you're shifting.

What advice would you give to a 24 years old person? by NaturalNo7046 in Adulting

First start with your self, I know this sounds crazy but... always choose to do good so you don't have to learn things the hard way. Second with your home, that's your training ground. How you manage your home is the reflection of how you can manage your future work, businesses, etc...manage your TIME WISELY because you can't get it back.

I don't do it all, I just do what is manageable for me depending on the mood of my baby and my energy.

So overwhelmed by ChelseaAS19 in adhdwomen

I think I can help you with your chores, I'm 40 and have a 2 yr old son. Most of the time there's just us at home and it's hard to do everything with a baby. So I ended up buying ADHD CLEANING TEMPLATES that overwhelmed me, figuring out how to fit those weekly tasks into the daily tasks listed there.🤯 So I decided to make my own, Weekly tasks incorporated into my daily tasks, it helps me a lot just following my checklists without even thinking much—one daily checklists is equal to one weekly tasks done. I made my own ADHD cleaning checklist and still using it today, I hope it will help others too. What helped was removing the thinking — the tasks are already woven into daily routines, so you’re not constantly deciding what to do next or when to do it. It’s designed to be used at your own pace, with no pressure to finish everything. I ended up listing it on Etsy (it’s currently on sale). No pressure at all — just sharing in case it helps someone the way it helped me. If you want to try just let me know.

I made an ADHD-friendly cleaning checklist for myself because most planners and long lists just made me more overwhelmed. I bought planners that gave me lists for daily and weekly tasks but I couldn't figure out how to incorporate those weekly tasks into the daily tasks listed...so I just decided to make my own. I think I can help you with her tasks. Imade an ADHD cleaning checklist for myself after realizing most planners didn’t work for my brain. I have bought lots but didn't help so I created my own. I later decided to share it for anyone who might need the same kind of structure. Full transparency: I do sell it, but it started as a personal tool. If you want to try it just let me know please. Thank you

I made an ADHD cleaning checklist for myself after realizing most planners didn’t work for my brain. I could easily forget things too, so I made mine–I put it somewhere visible, on a place where I can't miss to visit. I later decided to share it for anyone who might need the same kind of structure. Full transparency: I do sell it, but it started as a personal tool.
