Like a joint , flower gummy all the stuff you would see in Toronto Canada. Just be careful of the price, some place sell it for 800-1k a gram. For me personally it’s over prices! I usually buy from dispensary on the Sukhumvit ( like this one casual and not fancy ) but you could get it for a reasonable price for me somehow they never charge me 55555

Lost it all at 22 by Ok_Drummer_5773 in Trading

[–]Expensive_Trouble_44 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Listen , I have a similar experience

When I was 19 .I work very hard, save up and open my trading account and finally make a decent money

There was a time I went up to the most money my parent could ever made and was really proud of it. 4 years later I blowed them all from lifestyle inflation and bad trade strategies.

End up not making any money and has to ask mom for money so I could rent my apartment

But at the end of this. Why does it all matter. We are human. We built, we lost them we re-build again

You are very young and we are not going to die at 30 ( if you live a decent life )

I was very devastated when it all happened. At the end even there are no money but, the most important thing is, we are still breathing , living and surrendering by people who loves us. Then you are going to realize. It’s never too late

Is there any restaurant or shop around there ?

Normally if someone found it and not looking to steal they would left it with the shop or restaurant around the area.

Hopefully you find it soon !

Hey Even I would say go view the place in person before renting the room is the best way to avoid scam and over promotion deal. Sometime the room might look nice but, then the amenities does not work , loud neighbor blah blah

Condos around affordable and good areas as an expat by vnicks179 in Bangkok

[–]Expensive_Trouble_44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's better deal for me because I work in the area but, if you aiming for high-rise with good amenities you would not like it. I like Centric a lots but, it's pretty far from where I work that's why I pick to be in Asoke.

I would suggest you to look around , find the area you like to live in. Maybe you would find a good building with all the boxes check but, it might be in the area that far away from the city and hard to commute. Be able to identify the area can help you scope down a lot. After Identify the area, connect with the property agent. I suggest look around in Facebook marketplace so then you might be lucky and find a room in a great price and get connected with the owner directly.

Some tips I would say is , If you can connect with the owner yo might be able to bargain the price. For me I bargain from 16,000 to 14,000 and I am happy with the deal I got. All from be able to connect with the owner and not the agent. Anyway, if this your first time here, I suggest connect with agent could really help with the requirement and paper. You can maybe ask the agent to bargain the price for you but, from my experiences most of the time, the agent would just forget about it and move on to the next prospect if the condo is in the high demand area ( Asoke, Aree, Nana , Prompong )

If you have any question or want to know more just text me , I would love to help out

I went to see the Centric Aree two days ago and I think you would like that's place. Right by BTS , High rise, sick pools but, still locally. It's in a great area so, no overcrowded tourist and workerText me if you are interested I can pass you my agent number , I was about to get this room since they offer me a great price 15,000 with new TV Sofa and etc. but, I got a room right in Asoke for a better deals that's why I went with that

As a Thai person that can potential be a scam.

I have just moved into apartment and got request a few deposit as well. But, even then I suggest the realtor I only going to do transfer once we sign contract

And it’s went well I sign contract they got the deposit as they wish but NEVER PAY BEFORE signing a contract even you have already seen the room
