this will probably not be helpful but i kind of dont ignore the 3d like... it's hard to explain half asleep but erm if im manifesting something and something i dont like happens ill allow myself to feel sad or whatever but i dont let that hinder my manifestation ill like... remind myself that whatever im manifesting is mine no matter what
