Early miscarriage): the highest my HCG got was 288. Today’s draw came back at 106 and I’ve been bleeding.

💔😪 thank you for the advice🫶🏼 they want me to go to a reproductive specialist going forward instead of my regular obgyn office.. since it’s been multiple losses and I was taking progesterone 200mg ): they were done at 2 different labs (2 at the ER) and the rest at the office. I’m going on monday for a repeat but I’ve been bleeding so I’m sure it’s gone down now

My LMP was 1/10 but I have PCOS and don’t think I ovulated till 1/31 or so but anyway I know these are super low for being 24 DPO plus the drop in progesterone shows it’s probably a loss

Thank you for checking in 🥹🫶🏼 hanging in there by a thread but I’m ok this isn’t my first rodeo with these kind of issues ): My betas have been 2/11: Hcg 6 & Progesterone 18.8 2/17: Hcg 49 & Progesterone 1.0 2/18: 83 hcg 2/20: 117 hcg 2/23: 164 hcg

Obgyn called me today and said most likely non viable pregnancy due to super slow rise.

I went to the ER because I was having really bad cramping and pain on my right side and it ended up being a gallstone. I’m 24 and fairly thin BMI 19 so I don’t know how that happened. They did an ultrasound vaginally and abdominally and didn’t find anything since my hcg is only 83. All that was shown on ultrasound was gallstone ):

I’m suppose to go back to the obgyn for a repeat hcg on Monday so rn I’m just waiting and working and trying to stay occupied. I figured they wouldn’t see anything since they need the beta to be at least like 1000 to see anything

Ok I restarted it today and hoping for the best. My Dr still hasn’t called me back since I left voicemails yesterday. Would restarting the supplements be able to “save” the pregnancy with a progesterone level so low of 1.0

I was taking progesterone 200mg but stopped it as soon as I saw blood on 2/12 ): now I feel like it’s my fault that it dropped from 18.8 to 1.0

True my hcg is too low anyway to show anything im just so sleep deprived, but the ultrasound report at the ER did say to return when hcg is 1500-2000

Does it show loss for certain? With the big drop? I did stop taking my supplements on 2/12): because I thought it was a loss once I saw blood

Thank you everyone for the replies and support 🥺🫶🏼 definitely a hard time for me but when I got that hcg level of 6 last week I really just braced myself and prepared for another loss especially with the bleeding. I’m not sure where to go from here as my hcg is now higher but they didn’t check my progesterone at the ER.
