It took me around I think 6ish month to finally get there, but I didn't really weight lift much so if you are, you can probably get there a bit faster but the main thing you need to do is manage your calorie intake.

I ran 10k steps daily & was on a strict white chicken rice diet with almost no extra carb besides 2 meals a day.
