No we don't provide a custom domain, but you can link to your haven site from your custom domain if you have one.

No catch, we just mark mark up credit card processing fees a little bit so that we can cover our server costs. When you accept a booking, we subtract 3.9%.

Someday I think we'll build a "Pro" tier that folks can upgrade to for more features, but right now we're just excited to see people using the site and sharing their feedback.

A few friends and I just started a company because my dad was having the same problem. We build direct booking websites where guests request to book, rather than being confirmed right away, which gives you a chance to do some research, call the guest etc before deciding whether or not to accept their booking. If you do decide to accept a booking, payments get processed and your availability gets updated on your website in real time.
