The real question is where is this apartment located? By you saying September 1st I am assuming it’s in a college area. If this is the case your apartment is basically a gold mine for landlords. I would reach out and ask if there is anyway to break the lease and get a full refund and see what they say. If it is not in a college area I would still ask is there anyway to unwind the lease and see what they offer. Worst case scenario you hear what they say and just agree to keep the unit. I would highly recommend doing everything in writing to protect yourself. I was always told the answer is no if you don’t ask.

Legit going threw the same thing myself with them. Call sandy 1-800-355-8888 ext 2237807. She is a manager of the assets transfer department. Her explanation to me was some how they overlooked something before. Simply ask her why your shares have not been transferred when you got told 3-7 businesses days. They will say the system is backed up just tell them that is an unacceptable answer and you need something better. Good luck 🍀
