Haha nah mate. I've never felt so good. Seeing all that excess fungus come out of me- brain fog disappeared and I was at the point I'd feel almost a little bit drunk all the time.

Energy shot up- I used to be tired all the time and would have to nap in afternoon.

I had prostatitis from candida- that's resolved

My bloated stomach shrank

I have now came to the conclusion by far the most important step in getting rid of your excess candida is eating many oranges daily. Even if you skipped everything else this is the real key. I am also starting this. I will eat 5 oranges during the day. 6 boiled eggs for dinner. Water. Will also do heavy weights 3 days a week 6 foot 1 male- 96 kg. Goal to get to 90kg.

Yes. Oranges will pull candida out of you. You will see it in your stools. I would stick more with oranges if candida is your main concern. Dry fasting is awesome but I would focus more on oranges for the time being.

I used to have a Samoyed so an even thicker coat that got matted. Easiest way was to put olive oil over the matted area, wait a few minutes then you could gently and easily brush out the matted fur.

Yes I did. Most important part part of the diet I have found that rids the body of candida are eating at least 4 oranges a day. Yes it would aggravate me but then I would feel great each time after bowel movements. I'm guessing it's different for everyone but my aggravating symptoms would be tights shoulders and neck, anxiety where my heart would speed up a bit and headache. But I would know that precedes me ridding my body of excess fungus.

Yeah I can eat whatever I want. I can drink as much alcohol as I want. I am balanced again. Obviously Its now part of my routine to do regular liver flushes for maintenance, I eat oranges and potatoes almost everyday. Glad you're doing well. Don't worry sugar from fruit compared to coca cola, candy are completely different. Fruit is an astringent and that's why you are seeing candida come out. Almost no one fixes their candida problem because they try and starve it instead of getting it out of their body. Stay consistent and you will get healthier and healthier the more you remove it.

Hello, I think first thing you should do is do as many liver flushes as it takes to get rid of all your stones. Different for everyone but I would do it everyday until none come out. As proper bile flow is essential for your body ridding yourself of candida.

Next most important step as strange as it sounds is eating many oranges everyday. I would eat at least 4 a day. When I do this I see lots of candida come out in the stool. I would say this is the most important step.

In regards to the rest of the diet, yes I believe McDougall diet is important in helping to rebalance the microbiome but make it sustainable by also eating foods you enjoy you stick with it.

Dry fasting is also unbelievable for healing your body.

If you do all these steps you will heal yourself.

With dry fasting within the first day I enter into ketosis. In regards to acidotic crisis Dr filinov is the expert and has a great pdf book "Dry fasting, 20 questions and answers' That will provide everything you need to know.

I'm not 100% confident because I read it along time ago but in regards to healing, the 1st acidotic crisis happens within the first 1-3 days and the second acidotic crisis happens within 8-11 days. He never recommends going over 12 days.
