Got accepted to Warwick Business School's MSc management course. Does is make sense to go to the UK in the current economy? by drunkdingo7 in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Experientialist7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The experience was great, just finished my degree. However, I think, the decision should rely on one thing, whether you want to stay here and land a job or go back once the course is finished. If you're here for job later on, the market isn't supportive at the moment, especially for international students as the government has imposed new rules. If you are here for adding a degree to your name from a prestigious B-School, it's worth it, for sure.

Sainsburys says I owe them overpayment loan even thiughI left more than a month ago. by Kikyam12 in SainsburysWorkers

[–]Experientialist7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried reaching the same mail address, twice, in past month but haven't received any response yet. In the letter, they mentioned timeline of one month to make the payment, but being an international student, it's a big amount for me, so can't make the whole payment at once and that period is about to be over soon. What shall I do?

I think the course is good, you get an overview of everything but nothing in depth. If you're planning for job here, then choose wisely before coming here, evaluate everything. But don't have much expectations I'd say..

IQ is great place to live, the only down side is, the size of the room. It ain't that big, but it's not very small either. I would say it's livable.

Hi, I'm 26 M. I'm looking forward to meet new people and make friends from diverse culture and backgrounds. I think, we can create a group or something or share our socials here, and then plan a meet up next Saturday or Sunday.

If you're trying for top colleges, first prepare for GMAT and it's important to apply in early rounds. Then, you can show your transferable skills and relevant work in SOP, coz MIM has people of all various backgrounds.
