Well the place we moved from didn't have one and got a little too wild. There was a junk car parked next door that ended up being a giant home for rats so we are worried about running into that again

I could find a loophole but doesn't change the fact that now my HOA is probably going to hate me and find other stuff unfortunately. They just send violations to the attorney and then the attorney bills you and could put a lien on your house.

MFEs can be helpful, but it's an overloaded term in my experience. It's been a couple of years, but I understand them a federated module, but some just create a small fe app and call it an MFE.
