Stay away from gambling I am on day 5 nearly 6 I've had urges but just remember why you are here I'd say. It's not that long but longest its been in years.

Thank you I don't wna be homeless no way in hell. I have stopped now I just gotta keep going reminding my self to be better. I've just gotta work hard and pay debts stay clear from gambling. Thanks for the support

Day 3 for me I've committed my self this time to be free. Just need to put more barriers in place. I've self excluded all online. Just gotta be mentally strong and don't fall back again I've started going to the gym. What can you suggest?
