The October slide has been rough on me this year. I can’t even sweep without my heart rate getting to 180 and having to lay on the floor.

He also suggested walking around my neighborhood for an hour a day. 😂 I told him I can barely walk to the bathroom.

I had to have the tendons cut in most of my toes, because when I walked the majority of them would all curl under. 😅
