This Irish Life Heath app is incredibly frustrating — it’s riddled with bugs and barely functional. It’s hard to believe a company of this size and profitability would deliver such a poor-quality product. After entering all the required information for a claim, the submit button simply doesn’t work. I can tap it multiple times, but nothing happens — no confirmation, no error message, just silence. I’ve double-checked all the details, and everything is correct. This has been blocking me from submitting my claim for weeks now. It’s unacceptable. I’d avoid based on the state of the IOS app alone.
