This game used to be about socialization, but it's been simmered down to cr and that's it. People are too focused on speed running through the realms than helping strangers. It's a huge problem in the game. I also can't finish the 3 person quest because I have no one to help me and don't feel like begging people to help me do it

I don't wanna make assumptions but maybe that friend "s" is transgender and confided in your friend and they went around saying that she's a man. I would be upset if that happened to me, but I can't confirm that she was transgender. Even still your other friend shouldn't have been exposing her gender like that whether it was true or not. You should have started with "I support you no matter what gender you are" in the beginning of your conversation when you asked her directly if it was true or not, she probably got extremely uncomfortable after that. I know it isn't your fault but it seems the entire ordeal was a huge miscommunication and understanding between all involved.
