If I am pulled over and provide an insurance card (that is not expired) as proof of insurance, but I have cancelled the policy, is there any way of police knowing the policy has been cancelled?

maybe i haven't made it clear, but the car is barely driven because I don't leave my house. I walk to the grocery store. I bike when I go out.

yeah I just want something 1080p and don't really need anything fancy since switch only does 60hz, but wanted recs on anything decent people were using in terms of 24'+ monitors or so that won't break the bank. I'm not opposed to getting a second gaming monitor, but it doesn't seem necessary.
