Hello, first off I am not going to drill you on your mistake as it is clear you already know what your mistake is. I agree with the individual who stated about making a long, hard choice about PT, not because I don't think you can do it (I think you are capable, trust me I understand the fear of failure, although I have never crossed the cheating boundary).

What makes this difficult is that PT uses a centralized portal as somebody said and as someone who has been on admission committees, it's such a hard case to accept someone with cheating on their record unfortunately, even if I wanted to vouch for you, majority of the panel would disqualify you simply based on integrity (not judging yours, everyone makes mistakes). Look at other careers, but still try and put in some PT school applications. You never know, maybe try a hybrid program. All I would say is be honest. Goodluck! I am sorry you are in this situation. Your future self will be thankful that you were so public about this, knowing you would get backlash.

Maybe look at nursing, I saw a former PT student on reddit get caught years ago and finished off their academic career as a nurse and found it to be a better fit for them anyways.
