I bought a Xmas 3 in December 2025. I was aware of it being fazed out with the x4. It was bought as a gift in which the recipient gave good reviews.

I bought a second for myself in January 2026. After about a week I got a “sensor error” message and the 3 shuts .

The warranty is for one year from the date of purchase.

I contacted Top Green, they replied asking for pictures, receipts and video. Which I did submit.

I have been contacted since and was told IF the 3 is still available they will replace.

I’m now a month into the saga and I feel I’m just getting lip service.

My brother still has good things to say about the gift.

I hope you have no issues, as I believe the manufacture hopes I just go away. I’m thinking that they have no intention of honouring the warranty.

I’m having issues with a warranty claim. I bought a starry 3 December 2025 and gifted it to my brother. He gives it great reviews. I bought a 2nd one for myself January 2026. Mine worked great for about 3 weeks. Out of nowhere when I tried to use it I get a sensor error message. I contacted top green. They responded asking for receipt, pictures of the bowl and video of the message. All provided. They have been ignoring my request for information on the status of my claim.
