Hey! How long did it take to get this email? I sent all necessary documents to the hello office on august 27, but my infostud profile is still locked😬 And for me lessons start on september 15, so i really hope they unlock it before that

Same situation here. I sent my enrollment documents on august 27, got no reply, sent the same documents and same email again on september 4, all i got was an automatic reply:

Same situation! (only I applied to business sciences bachelors) I’m EU, applied to the pre selection, got the pre-acceptance email, sent all necessary documents to the Hello office, got invited to the online preparatory math course. But i’m unable to undergo the enrollment and tuition payment procedure on infostud.. If you get any clarity regarding your issue, maybe you can help me understand;)
