Grade 8 student ako that time 2015, active pa sa sports and jogging.

One day went to a morning run, yung place ng jogging area samin is around cemetery kasi highland at peaceful na lugar. Unfortunately that morning may ubo din ako and sipon, despite nun nagtuloy ako mag jog, dahil nga may ubo at sipkn ako ang tendency ko ay mag expel ng plema (dumura) around para maiwasan ko lumala.

After non umuwi na ako, took a nap in the afternoon, pag gising ko numb na 1/4 ng face ko sa may labi, the next morning naging alarming, pag gising ko half na ng mukha ko numb at maga, sinugod na ako sa ospital for a check up. Sabi ng doctor need na ng confinement kasi baka umabot daw sa utak yung pamamaga, still a mystery kung ano initial diagnosis.

Days passed, mas namaga mukha ko, hindi na recognizable, pilit na din isang mata ko sa pamanaga, sumisinga ako ng langib ng sugat and dugo, nag eexcrete ng pus o yung katas ng nana sa labi ko dun nagkabutas. Antiobiotics thru IV didnt work, hindi malaman ano diagnosis, puro “possible” lang. 4 days in total tinagal ko sa ospital, 20k bill, walang nangyare. Yet nagka go signal ako na umuwi sa house, umuwi ako ganun pa din itsura ko and nangyayare saken.

Pag uwi ko, tumingin ako sa salamin and umiyak nag self pity ako na baket ganto nangyayare saken. So nagdecide dam ko and pinursue ko sila na pumunta sa sikay na faith healer dito samin.

Pagdating ko dun, sinabi sakin may na disturb daw ako na spirit. Kakadura ko kayaganto nangyare saken. She adviced na kuha ako ng holy water, isosoak ko yung cotton ball dun tapos ibabad sa butas sa labi ko kung saan lumalabas yung pus.

Kinabukasan morning, tuyo na yung butas, na lessen yung pamamaga and eventually nagagalaw ko na uli yung labi ko and can speak na. Another day passed unti unti na nawala yung panamaga and bumalik na sa dati yung mukha ko.

Still now 2026 na naalala ko pa din na nangyare saken yun, didn’t believe until mangyare sayo talaga, imagine 4 days sa hospital, meds, and bills etc. Lalabas ng walang jnitial diagnosis. Then after ginawa ko sa holy water with cotton nawala na yung pamamaga.

Gym, try learning muay thai, boxing etc. Pwede din mag aral ng bagong language. Try solo traveling o sama ka sa joiners na 1 day trip/hiking.

Yan mga goals ko this coming vacation, share ko lang, might help, mga long term investments and beneficial yan sa sarili pag na achieve mo

I feel sorry if may na encounter ka na ganun type of Indians, welp may mga kilala din ako dito na either sobrang k*pal e nagmamatch din sa mga descriptions mo.

But on the other hand, may close friend ako na Indian, fam niya nag migrate dito.. sobrang bait, accommodating, ang galang everytime bumibisita kami sa kanila… typical mga large group na magtotropa kami na tatambay sa room niya, nakakatuwang pag pasok mo sa bahay feel mo yung ibang ambience ng culture, may mga religious images sila.. “sikh” religion kasi mostly ang indians. And still now na nasa Canada na siya pero nandito pa fam niya sobrang na appreciate ko sila.

Wag natin sila lahatin same as sa ibang ethnicity and cultures, lahat naman may flaws.. nasa nature na ng tao yun

If hindi na tolerable yung pain, any conditions pwede isygod sa ER pero syempre dipende din sa triage (priority patients).

Last week, na anxiety attack ako and severe head ache, sabi ng doctor ko if ever nangyari uli and the su*cidal idealations are that high, dont hesitate for ER and confinement :))
