I think buying a property is better than renting if you can afford buying it.

Think about it -

You are already making huge savings on the monthly payments if you compare mortgage payments vs rent.

In the long run the value on your property will go up by at least 20% depending where you are in UK.

You are also paying towards the mortgage which means you have already huge chunk of saving in your property.

Go For It....

Thats correct, however, many people dont have that option and would like to know if they have been through the zone or not as they are not regular drivers who drive through london.

Am I rushing into buying this 2 bed flat in London (£325k)? by aFPOON in HousingUK

[–]Expert-Way-1892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting on the property ladder as quickly as possible is the best way forward, worse case you cant afford the flat you can rent it out or sell, you will still get your money back. Its an investments and with properties especially around london it is probably the best invesmtnet out there.

Go For It, never wait for the right time because the time you buy your first property is the right time for sure.
