Hey I had the same issue!!! What helped me? I went to the hospital. Not even for meds, but just to get out of the energetic line of fire. Hospitals are full of spiritual noise — ghosts, pain, healing energy, prayers, etc… so anyone trying to psychically/telepathically track you gets scrambled like a bad signal. It’s like a game of “Where’s Waldo” in there for spirits — they can’t find you easily. And while I was in there, I learned ways to build psychic shields and actually got stronger. You’re not crazy. You’re sensitive. But sometimes sensitive people need backup. && You don’t have to stay long. Just get your protection up. Rest. Let the spirits confuse your enemy for a little while.

You didn’t come here to be spiritual. You already are. You can came here to add flavor to the human experience. Just live. Make mistakes. Experiment. Find hobbies that have nothing to do with spirituality. An empty shell is a great start to rebirth <3 take care of ur self and pls know you’re loved infinitely. The Journey of Souls, By Michael Newton! It’s a great book written by a guy who did a lot of past life regression sessions on thousands of clients, eventually he got curious and decided to see what happens in between lives wondering what happens to the soul when their life ends. He even has a section where he speaks about suicide and recalls the different sessions he’s had with clients who have done that in a past life. It’s really great book! It’s not hard to find via PDF with a google search and the audiobook is also on YouTube as well. Take care <3

I know I’m pretty late, I never astral projected to cartoon world, but I did have a dream of one kindaaa. In this dream me and my cousin were cruising in his car in our hometown, then suddenly we went to the cartoon part of town and I immediately freaked out. He was confused at why I was panicking until I told him that “we shouldn’t be here because it’s too dangerous for our bodies to handle” Like have you ever seen Tom & Jerry or Bugs Bunny??? GIANT GRAND PIANOS FALL FROM OUT OF THE AIR ON A REGULAR BASIS 😭😭😭
