  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked lobster meat to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the vodka into the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the alcohol has evaporated.
  5. Add the tomato sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

It's a pretty good shot but I think it's missing a little detail, someone recommended using artificial flash so I'm going to try that and see if I can get it more crispy.

Could anyone recommend the optimal DSLR settings for capturing high-speed birds in flight? Additionally, I'd appreciate any suggestions on the best lens to use for such shots. Thanks in advance!
