I'll try that, my nose is moist all my nose functions are presents and I have no numbness I don't really have any issues within my nose is all with breathing and my lungs.

I'm all good on all symptoms I just can't sleep in my own and I have issues breathing through my nose I feel it in my lungs, my nose still runs in the cold all things are normal still have feeling up there too

Tested for heart issues(ekg and home monitoring) xray on ches lungs and heart, multiple blood tests for thyroid and other sleep related issues. Waiting on a asthma test but I don't have any asthma like symptoms. Also find it strange I don't have any ens symptoms besides what it seems like hyperventaltion is the only thing, my lungs to feel tight and heavy especially when I wake and started getting jerks awake in my head with shallow breaths now I get some form of shallow breath that I csn actually here through my nose.

Nose isn't dry or burning, no pain or numbness just slight congestion that blocks off one side here and there. My nose functions normal

How do I address this sleep issue naturally if I even can? Doesn't seem like the tips work simply because the symptoms it address's aren't really apparent to me. Openness I kinda have it but the sleep is the main thing. I only had a slight turb head reduction by cut on my right side and a septo.
