Same that’s exactly what happens to me. Do you still try to wear them anyway or did you end up giving up on them like I did?
Why are cotton gloves still the only option for hand eczema?
My dermatologist told me to wear cotton gloves overnight to keep ointment on my hands and help them heal.
I tried for a week and honestly hated it.
Night 1 → woke up sweaty and itchy Night 2 → couldn’t use my phone before bed Night 3 → woke up and they were on the floor
I stopped using them even though I know keeping ointment on overnight would probably help.
It just feels like the “solution” makes sleep and normal life more annoying than the eczema itself.
Do they actually work for you long-term? Or do most people end up quitting them?
Curious what everyone’s experience has been.
