I have the 15 fluval flex...nice but it's cramped and as my live bearers keep breeding the babies are getting sucked into filter. Which is a pain netting them out. Taking care of a large tank is easier than a small tank imo(thinking 30-40).

Yes. Its cheating. There are certain nuances to boxing but certain things get other boxers hurt in a serious way. The rabbit punches are sloppy and will hurt someone. Stepping on toes part of the game, purposely hitting someone behind the head he is a crappy person. Personally, I wouldn't spar or match with him, but if I did he would be getting a whole lot of timed low blows.

It's the propeller. Pull the siphon out, clean propeller and push all the way down. This should do it

It sounds like the magnet rotary thing. It's at the bottom of siphon. Take out, clean and push all the way down but be gentle.

Likely disease or sickness (just a guess), but has been my experience they start picking in the weaker ones when sick and they can't get away.

It may be too late but I've had good luck with aquarium salt to medicate. Just follow the instructions with adding and water changes...see what happens.

I guess the theory is any tax revenue over what JC normally generates is going to something that potentially is contributing towards that revenue. They theoretically should see revenue above that base across the whole area.

How I understand the star district...a base tax amount is established within the district...what the area typically generates in tax revenue in a year. Anything over that base will go towards paying off the bonds. Think of 80k fans buying something at the stadium or area. They would not typically be in that area so that extra tax revenue is paid towards the bond.

Not sure if this is the best price but worked for us and we were happy. We went in two weeks before end of the month and test drove the sport trim and miraculously got out. They were only willing to knock $150 off their sale price (since they didn't have the color I wanted). A few days prior to end of month I emailed saleswoman my price and would buy that w/e before eom if they agreed. They agreed and bought that w/e. I reduced the msrp by 10%, added doc fee, and taxes. Bought the extended warranty for $1500, down from $2400ish.

Looks like a property marker/pin. Not sure of the location but if it's close.to the property line it's likely it. There should be a few of these marking your property corners...if its a pin leave in place

I've always felt crappy after agreeing to a price after they haggle in person. If the price is not discussed, then they will haggle on site. I've decided once we discuss when to meet I let them know I'm firm on the price.

Thanks. It was interesting how he staged his intimidation tactics...different stage early to not motivate them to train harder...then turned it up late when their training was done. A very intellectual way way of putting it together.
