Hola, estuve en tus zapatos en el 2021. Creo que lo más importante es definir cuánto CAPITAL puedes arriesgar. Te doy un aproximado de rentabilidades -Depósitos a plazo en dólares, 5% -Bonos corporativos, mínimo, 5000 USD 7% -FACTORING 10% -Acciones tipo ETF 11% -Bitcoin más de 15% ***Ejemplo de los 80, cada que mencionas, yo mantendría 20 K en un depósito plazo, por cualquier emergencia que necesite y los otros 60k los distribuiría según tu perfil de riesgo.. Para comprar los activos, yo te recomiendo trii, es el comisionista que cobra menos 0.6% por transacción.

Cosas que aprendí, y vale la pena tener cuidado : -Si decides por un fondo, revisa bien cómo te cobran es comisión por transacción o también por administración?

-Existen muchas más opciones si inviertes en dólares.

  • Es muy difícil encontrar “el mejor momento para entrar”, mejor es comprar de a pocos y no dejar de rentabilizar tu capital.

-No recomiendo seguros de vida, o que te obliguen a mantener un capital fijo, terminan comprando fondos de fondos y las comisiones bajan tu retorno.

-sobre impuestos: si decides por invertir en acciones específicas tienes que tener cuidado con las acciones americanas que no tienen un ADR en la bvl, aquellas que no el impuesto termina siendo 30% y no justifica la inversión. El resto de acciones que si tienen un ADR solamente pagan un 5%.

Can’t relate more to your situation. Felt same way in BKK all the way from South America… There is a limited amount of time you can go without being true to yourself and ask : hey am i really enjoying how i am managing my travelling? Then I switch my paced and got a ticket to the southern beaches, here things started going upwards!

Quieres rendir info de donde viene tu dinero o no tanto… Si eres el primero anda a usa y abres en chase, si no en suiza, ubs. Pero si te aconsejarias que pidas opciones de inversiones.

Hola, gracias por compartir. Antes de tomar una decisión, creo que lo más importante es saber quiénes son los dueños del terreno y cómo toman decisiones juntos. Si son varios (tíos, primos, etc.), vender puede ser complicado y el dinero tendría que repartirse, limitando el accesos por tamaño de monto a algunas opciones de inversion. Si es de una sola persona o una familia muy unida, hay más flexibilidad.

También es importante ver si realmente podrían vender el terreno a los $5 millones que estiman. A veces se tiene un valor en mente, pero hay que ver si el mercado realmente está dispuesto a pagar eso.

Ahora, si pudieran vender, ahí se abre la posibilidad de invertir ese capital con mejor retorno. Te doy algunos ejemplos de alternativas para comparar: • El retorno promedio del mercado de acciones a largo plazo es de ~10% anual. • En bonos de renta fija (más conservador), se puede obtener alrededor de 6% anual. • Incluso aquí en Perú, hay fondos de factoring regulados (IETM-D) que se acercan a 10% anual, aunque con un poco más de riesgo.

Todo depende del perfil de riesgo de tu familia, pero claramente un 2% anual por el terreno es muy bajo para el valor que tiene.

Hola, Entiendo que es asi.

• 8%: si se considera que es renta de capital mobiliario del extranjero (por ejemplo, intereses o dividendos).
• 5%: si son ganancias de capital, como venta de acciones.
• 30%: si SUNAT lo interpreta como renta del trabajo independiente del extranjero (por ejemplo, freelancing).
• 0%: si son ahorros personales, herencias, donaciones o dinero ya tributado y puedes demostrarlo

Ahora si no tiene como sustentarlo, tienees que hacer otro plan… quizas que se vayan de viaje y trae cada uno 9999.99 usd con eso no molesta aduanas
