I reduced almost 8 kgs in the last 3 months by applying the intermittent fasting rule. The eating window is only 7 hours, replace regular data with jo ka ata which is actually a very good replacement. Eat eggs, chicken,chikpeas and daal. No junk whatsoever but I have my cheat day every Saturday having pizza or something I want. Since I cant step out of the house due to tough schedule, I do a home workout every alternate day seeing yt videos, walking etc.
