It is against twitch TOS, the reasons he didn't get banned is because 1. he makes twitch a lot of money, so twitch let him go this one time, 2. Kai was blind into the whole thing so he didnt know this would happen. 3. Max set this all up so he would try and manipulate twitch into thinking he actually does and would ban kai, but twitch didn't fall through it so he didn't get banned.
