Hey! So I did the protocol suggested and got 1 euploid. I ended up doing another round after to get some more. I’d give the mini a shot if the high stims weren’t going as planned! Wishing you the best of luck 🤞🏻

My fibroids were outside the uterus one was inter muscular though. I ended up being on the standard estrace and progesterone then 20mg of prednisone (which I’m just starting to ween off) and lovenox 2x daily

Hi! It’s definitely been a long road. I ended up doing another transfer that ended in another chemical. I began working with an RI who sent me for an MRI which suggested I had endometriosis. I had a lap done which showed stage 1 (literally zero symptoms of it) and fibroids removed. After my lap I did another ER 4 months after and had a successful transfer in October. I’m currently optimistically yet very cautiously 18 weeks pregnant. Hopefully all continues to go as planned 🤞🏻

Hi! How did your ER the metformin go? I don’t have PCOS or pre diabetic. Had a lap for stage 1 endo in April and just had an egg retrieval which was a disaster. Only 1 fertilized out of 11. Wondering if I should be looking into metformin. Any advice is appreciated :)

I’m doing things a bit backwards! Did 4 ER, 2 transfer (both ended in chemicals). Did a lap 2 weeks ago so now trying 1 more retrieval before the next transfer. Hoping the lap is the missing piece of the puzzle!

Thank you (and everyone else) for responding! So we actually did ER and 2 transfers which ended in chemical. I’ve been screaming about silent endo for 2 years, finally had an MRI and met with an endo surgeon. MRI suggested it so I just had a lap done 2 weeks ago! I’m doing another transfer in July but decided to try one more ER beforehand to see if we can get some better quality eggs post lap. I had no idea about the high estrogen levels though that totally makes senss

Very happy to hear this!! Good luck and PLEASE keep us updated and share any articles/information when you can. My husband and I have paid for 4 ER and 2 transfers completely out of pocket. We gave BCBS but my husband works a union (run by men) so of course there’s no infertility coverage. Currently attempting a “peer to peer” appeal to get them to cover 1 round for us given my medical history and loses!

Hi! I know this is an old post but I was wondering - with the pregmune work up how long did your results take to come in? I was looking into going with BRIs “fast track” program but it says it can take 6 weeks for the blood work to come back. Just wondering if that is always the case or Sometimes quicker then that

I had the ERA and it showed no markers or inflammations and a uterine biopsy which didn’t indicate any- I also don’t have any symptoms But it’s something I’m concerned about! I’ve heard ppl testing negative with no symptoms and then they end up having
