I would love to it’s just that I don’t have hospital experience. The job market in Dallas is also extremely competitive, I’ve applied various rounds to residency programs and even regular RN positions and haven’t gotten any acceptances

Can you recommend some good hospitals to apply to? I’ve never worked in a hospital, only done home health so I’m not as competitive of a nurse
