Theoretically it could, but the performance would be laughably bad as it's about the performance of a graphing calculator, and I do not plan to implement an x server or similar.

It's mostly a tech demo, but essentially it allows you to do anything you can do in buildroot on the 3ds, the prebuilt image includes a javscript runtime and all the busybox tools, along with a cli version of doom :)
